Our Company
Apex Physical Therapy opened its doors to residents of Madras, OR in April 2007. Founded by physical therapists Brock and Karin Monger, Apex was started with the mission of caring for Madras families through preventative education and community focused rehabilitation services.
Since seeing the first patient in April 2007, Apex has grown to a practice that cares for hundreds of patients per year at its 5th Street location in Madras.
