Apex is housed within 1,200 square feet of prime space in downtown Madras, with equipment including: Adjustable treatment tables, upper body ergometer (UBE) machine, rehab total gym unit, Landice treadmill, stair climber, stationary bikes, Smith machine, assortment of free weights, core stability balls, mechanical traction for lumbar and cervical spine, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS).
