Karin Monger, DPT
Karin Monger co-owns Apex Physical Therapy with her husband Brock, and is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Oregon. Karin holds additional credentials as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), personal and fitness training certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and certification as a pilates instructor.
Karin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas ('98), and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Creighton University, graduating Cum Laude ('01). Karin has furthered her education through continuing education courses in the specialty area of manual therapy through the North American Institute for Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), and also continues coursework in the areas of craniosacral physical therapy, prenatal fitness, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction, and aquatic therapy.
In her free time, Karin enjoys raising her family with her husband Brock, teaching fitness classes, long-distance running, hiking, biking, kayaking with her daughters, and enjoying all that beautiful Central Oregon has to offer.
