Total Joint Program

The Apex Physical Therapy Total Joint Program consists of an individualized approach to rehabilitation following total knee or total hip replacement. The program includes evaluation and treatment by an Apex physical therapist, communication with the operating surgeon as necessary, education regarding home exercise program and joint precautions when present, emphasis on reaching functional goals individualized to each patient.
